TRF have said they want to sell their rights - well not that directly, but we know it to be the case. So they are looking for buyers.
Assume for a moment that they are willing to sell all rights - who will buy them? The answer is anyone who considers 75c to be a cheap price to obtain a significant holding in IFE. Underwriting will cover some or all of this 'shortfall'.
Everyone knows that 75c is cheap if W.H. gets off the ground - and we all know that accumulating on market is practically impossible - so, if big buyers want in, then this is their only true opportunity. I am entirely confident that 75c is the cheapest price IFE will raise at, and this price is only an issue if IFE drops well below 75c.
IMO, trading at 74c is irrelevant - trading at 60c is an issue.
