I got big skin in the game so will post my thoughts in both IFE and TRF.
TRF and IFE are quite interlinked as Ian is the MD and Chairman of both.
The MC of IFE and TRF are seriously undervalued as compared to peers considering the project maturity of W Hill heading to production.
As announced Ian is negotiating another 50% off take over 4 years. Currently negotiations are in process and should be announced very soon. Its a three way negotiations IFE, Off take partner and the Finance provider to ensure all parties needs are covered and will be a win win result for all parties as well as SHers. So the final piece of the puzzle is put in place. I expect IFE to announce also updates of construction of mine with existing cash.
Ian Finch seems very confident of delivery considering years of planning to get to this stage.
