i think jonesee had a good idea after all. buy the tenements and just sit and do nothing. watch the dollars roll up as others do the work.
no need to buy drill bits, rent rigs, borrow shuvvels and wellies. in fact we could all go to kimba, watch tv, play cards (isn't that a good idea eh ) and just relax until we're all millyonaires.
and if we get fed up, thumb a lift to lucky bay, do a bit of fishing and look for boats with chinese flags.
