Nice buying into Orinoco Gold OGX today, trading volumes are starting to pick up. Could there be another break out for OGX share price. OGX have been given some great media and brokerage coverage lately, with Cannacord eg in the AFR newspaper.
There was a large article also on investing in Gold stocks features all over the Australian Stock Exchange website www.asx.com.au where investors get all their primary announcements.
Will the buying momentum in OGX continue? If it does we may expect a big rerating for TRF SP as TRF own 17 million shares. Bargain hunters could be attracted into TRF with the Asset backing value alone. Eg If this goes to 50c in the short term this represents a Current asset value for Trafford Balance Sheet of $8.5 million. These OGX shares can be either sold disinvested or put to other future exploration, developments or returned to shareholders like Trafford's large win with ROL investments years back and $17 million returned back to shareholders.
Very early days, but a few Interesting few weeks could be coming up. Lets hope OGX starts to run like the win.
