from the announcement it says that trafford already held 24% of the brazilian company that is being taken over by strickland. so - it looks to me that trf ends up with approx 12 million strickland shares for an outlay of only $1,000,000.
looks like a pretty good little deal - now, where is those drilling results!!!!!!
tomorrow would be as a good a day as any to bring out some strong drilling results alongside this little deal. throw in some ife financing and we could get back to 30c...
will be waiting for $1 personally. too much potential.
