This stock is crazy. It's trading at close to 75 x Sales. Not Earnings, Sales!
It makes Crypto look positively conservative.
According to Investor Relations at Telenor Group they never had a commercial agreement with DUB for 5,000 users, only an agreement to run a trial. This never went beyond Q1 2017. Please feel free to contact them yourselves.
As I sold out a while ago I saw no reason to follow up with all the telco's that were cited in 'Please Explain" request from ASX relating to all their announcements. I'm astounded that long term investors have not asked the ASX for a follow up letter 1yr on to ask how many of the 17 telco's cited in this document are actually billing.
