There's no real incentive to buy until there's a prospect of a return on the investment. The serious investors can watch and buy when there's a definite date for a real return. There are some milestones on the way to that point:
1) Positive cash flow. This has been achieved.
2) Profitability. This is yet to come. You might see a small-to-moderate bump in share price at that point. But initial profits will be applied to business growth, consolidation, stabilization and offsetting startup losses.
3) Dividend. That's when you'll see serious interest and share price movement, depending on the size of the dividend, the management's performance track record, and the outlook for the future.
It could be a couple of years away.
