Yeah I am tempted to get out at this price, I have a nice profit on LEI after buying in at $12's, but with that juicy dividend around the corner... not sure what to do.
it could be that this recent move is a re-evalution of this stock ( SMSFs love juicy dividends) and that the price will hold longer term.
So could get the dividend and still exit with good profit after...
Anyone else have any views on exiting now versus ex dividend?
