will be interesting to see how Polish markets react to the news given they are understand the risks better than most
if it goes to court then it will be a huge negative for PDZ and to think that it doesnt impact Debiensko is like putting your head in the sand. It has its own licence issues it needs resolved.
Best case is its just a delay and they get approval in the next week or so.
