You remover that from the picture then you don't get the masses investing, if you don't get the masses investing you don't have the economy of scale, you don't have that returns decrease and the industry dies.
I would have thought the govenment would ahve ascertained that we need more investment in high value assets like foods as opposed to comodities like wood chips.

Finally, in 2001 the ATO was of the opinion that all these people were/are running businesses, they have issued them all with ABN's.
