True, I'd read that. But also read the fine print that said similar to phone calls to TIM. "You should be ok but we can't guarantee it". Guess it depends on whether or not someone wants to test these clauses in court.
Told them yesterday that I won't be paying any invoices unless maintenance is started again. Was told that's understandable. Told that they hope that maintenance etc will be re-started in a short time frame. Just a freeze while they get a handle on where TIM is at, then I gather a revised system will be in place.
Will give them a ring back in a week if no announcement.
