At present the majority of foreign work is referred to by an instructing attorney. With the new ePCT it will remain the same only that they have a new cool collaborative platform to work within which is what innovia currently does on their own platform. Innovia still requires a local agent to file a national phase entry which circles back to why most foreign work is via referrals.
