Again, IPH and QIP and XIP included it in the prospectus. As QIP said “If this extension of the e-PCT filing system was adopted it would enable overseas applicants to directly file national phase patent applications without the need for a local agent.”
An Australian patent attorney cannot charge for entering the national phase when the task has been done by the instructing foreign attorney or the corporate patent dept, or presently, Inovia.
