You have got me worried but the article you quote is from August, hardly likely to have impacted the latest share price, though certainly ePCT poses a serious threat. However as the directors' shares were sold a week ago and the rest will not be sold till after the mid year result, the escrow selling also cannot be an explanation for today's 4% fall. Something about IPH is not sitting well with the market .
