Although things look a bit better (unless I am mistaken, first time NBS is clearly mentioned), I think there is no contract yet. Just based on this paper and NBS announcement that a contract is yet to be secure. See another part of this PDF:

That means that the DIV / revenue share for this project is not finalized and therefore NBS can not make any revenue estimation yet.
However they are expected to have this before 1/6...
Unlike any other contract which has a stipulated topline price this is not going to be like that and the income generated will be dependent on the influx of workers etc
