I must admit that after accumulating a few shares I was getting slightly anxious at the delays in issuing the NOM for the Alcidion transaction with no update from the company. You can imagine what would happen to the share price of NRR if the transaction does not proceed.

However the company has now made a price sensitive announcement to the ASX in the quarterly activities report that answers my questions regarding the transaction.

Looks like it's definitely all good . There should be some positive effects on the share price as a result of this announcement and I am glad that I topped up last week.

However, it looks highly doubtful that my "lowball" offer for another parcel of shares will be filled now
