    Hi Wotsits,

    I do not think you will have much luck having vote counted on any resolution not on the agenda for that particular meeting.

    I would say when the NoM is released with regards to the acquisition (I wouldn't imagine it will be too far off now surely) then you'll be able to vote via proxy form which will be sent out to you, or in person at the meeting for those points.
