Pharmaust in 2007 sold its subsidiary company Mimotopes to CBTE for 2.15 million shares (39.5% of issued share capital at that time). As noted by fever2tell’s post, and announced by Pharmaust on 31 Mar 2008 ‘the CBTE investment has made no contribution to the Group fiscally since its acquisition’.

A little over a year later one might wonder what a majority stake, indeed any stake, in CBTE might be worth. The CBTE share price in mar 08 was over US$2.00 vs US$0.60 today. The nasdaq site has CBTE's financials. Is there someone able to interpret them and make a value judgement on CBTE?
