are you saying that South Boulder had a capital raising and this caused its price to fall yesterday? No capital raising for STB as far as I can see.
I agree with many stocks subject to capital raisings falling back to the issue price.
Am hoping things are diferent here due to the limited amount of shares on issue and difficulty in buying a significant parcel without pushing the share price up.
The first tranche of the 17 milion shares that will eventually issue will be alloted today (6.6 million shares). That is not a lot of shares.
