Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company requests that ASX place the Companys securities in a trading halt from the commencement of trading on Monday, 2nd August 2010 pending the release of an announcement concerning a variation to the doctor remuneration model and associated matters as referred to in the Company's announcements on 25th June and 28th July 2010 respectively.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the commencement of trading on Wednesday 4th August 2010 or such earlier time as the Company makes an announcement. At this stage, it is expected that the announcement will be made on Wednesday morning before the commencement of trading.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
Not sure what this will mean for the SP though.
