John Douglas acquired 100,000 additional shares in Febraury 2012.
In recent round of buying, he bought 5.1 million directly. He spent $596k acquiring shares using his own money.
Admittedly, I don't know John Douglas's net worth, however I don't think anyone would put that sort of money into a stock unless they had significant confidence in future.
