I think traffic will not be the only thing ramping up....sp is looking strong at the 46.5 level
The rampup is far from over....this will continue at 10% for years...I reckon the board know it but like all good corporates they know it's better to underpromise and over deliver.
Of course as the SP rises so does the pressure on the pension funds to make a t/o bid......I guess the downside is that they could manipulate the stock and keep the price down until all the ducks are lined up???
