dapper and pjv, It's somewhat unfair to blame the company for what is, essentially, out of their hands. You have only to look at the difficulties any company attempting to do business in the Phillipines is having or has had.
It's all to do with local politics and, as you are no doubt aware, politicians move to their own schedules. Simple rules as they apply to the conduct of good business here in Oz or indeed in any fully developed country simply do not apply.
I can tell you that management are just as frustrated as common shareholders. Give it another couple of weeks and see what happens...
