Yes so the ball is in the JV court...just happened to hear an interview on ABC Radio yesterday with Cobar Mayor...she was saying that a new mine was in the wings to start up and that in the near future mining in the area was about to boom...and she was a very dry older lady so wasn't selling Cobar but complaing that they didn't get any govt attention ECT...
