Should we start a new award to take over bid price? Cash ($/share) or script (PEX:SBM ratio).
SBM subscribed at 20.5c, 40c (buddy deal) and 50c (possibly), this will take them to 19%. This means they cannot take anymore shares (20% max) without launch a takeover. This might explain the run to 63c before some people decided to sell down.
Anyway, as I said before that was our last AGM (could come true).
