My research concludes that the board can only vote on resolutions that have been provided to shareholders prior to the EGM. Therefore there should be no surprises today, the vote is for name change only. I imagine at some point, probably the AGM, directors will approve incentives for Sweden exploration results which will ultimately mean dilution for us long suffering SH's. Doesn't really effect those that brought in at sub 5c though, they're laughing.
