Hi there,

I am a very concerned share holder of DKO. I have watched the SP fall to new lows over the last few months, giving our Portugal project $0EV.

DKO has set milestones to reach the production target in 2019, and one of the first tasks was to evaluate an European listing. This was due by Q1, yet shareholders have had no update as to how this is going.

As I write this email, I see that bids for DKO are at 4.9c and the buy side is getting increasingly thin.

We have had no reassurance from the Managing Director that everything is going to plan, and that should be one of his focuses towards his shareholders.

When can we expect news from Portugal regardingSepeda? When can we expect news of the alternative listing? When can we expect news that further DKO tenements have been granted in Portugal? Have the management team relocated to Portugal? Have the Management team had any interest for MOU’s (binding /non-binding) from European manufacturers? When can we expect the Met results, which the company is expecting to be positive? There must be some update available for these results.

Yes, DKO are Phase 3 drilling, but results of this are expected to update the Resource in Q3.

I believe this demonstrates extremely poor communication towards DKO shareholders and I would like some answers.
