Always enjoy your comments and I know you are a holder mate. I understand where you are coming from on corporate governance and of course we do not want to dilute our holdings but it unavoidable since TNR is still in exploration stage.
The way I see it, the more shares are issued the less the share price which is the negative effect of dilution so if price doesn't reach target then directors won't get their bonus so lesser shares on market. This means they have to do a lot of hard work to achieve the price above 50c and I am ok with that.
