that represents 18m shares @ $2 best case scenario = $36m !! on a mkt cap of $300m assuming no more shares issued - thats 10% of the market cap as a performance incentive and gives directors a 20% control position. If you think thats fair vote for it - but it wont be getting my support. Bet you'll never find such a rewarding scheme anywhere else in the mining sector or market for that matter.
