Who's 'They' ?
If 'They' means ALL ASX listed companies I'll disagree with you.
Decent proper companies like Cromwell ( CMW ) seem to be able to raise capital at a discount without bringing the ASX Share Price down to parity otherwise they can ... Sell new shares for more than the current SP.
If 'They' means all tin pot, dog brain, investor fleecing, shameless, pot-holers like TAM then I'll agree with you.
On the other hand ....
TAM has done this before and recovered ... can Lazarus give an encore ???
