Nationalist candidate Humala is virtually the new president of Peru with 52 % of the votes. (91% of votes counted so far)
Extreme uncertainty in the country at the moment, after Sunday elections and announcement of the possible winner .Lima?s Stock exchange closed yesterday, at midday, with a loss of 12.5 % !!!!!!
People are really scared as they don?t know what to expect.

Humala has not been completely clear in his position on foreign investments, even though he?s been related to anti-mining protests in South of Peru in the last weeks and talked about nationalizing enterprises in the past, he has then change his speeches to more moderate ones.

He wont be in power until the 28th of July, plenty of time IMO for the Peruvian market to be affected by uncertainty.
