The recent rise in the share price & and now, drop back maybe indicate it is about to go into a trading halt , to announce share placement . this is sometimes used by companies to justify price of placement .
The funds are getting drained now they will either give a announcement maybe good news & then announce placement . this i think will be to sophisticated investors the price maybe .65 c? dyor
