    Not really. Probably mostly a computer algorithm buying for 0.4c and selling for 0.5c for 25% profit. You see it on lots of crappy stocks. This one seems pretty dead in the water now and I'm pretty confident that if there was any serious selling lots of the remaining bids at 0.4c would be moved to 0.3c.
