If this does snowball into a royal commission (which is quite likely given the growing concerns around trust and competency in company managements - GPP's ?!) then it is likely the royal commission will dig every piece of evidence they can, including assistance by investors. I would certainly welcome that and will not hesitate to put my hand up ...
... that's if a class action does not deal with the issues already by then!
