It would be just another typo I would suggest, as you have pointed out there has been no announcement for GPP as to any changes, and from the "Proposed Acquisition" announcement board changes would NOT take effect until approval from a meeting of shareholders.
@coppernoob - you missed on of GPP's regular ambiguous words, "The Company expects to ......"
