It is interesting Matt's name not mentioned as the secretary and GK has signed as the secretary (of course all without informing SHs of any changes). The "acquisition" ann cleary said Matt would continue as secretary. It appears there may have been some issues with (not necessarily just within) the BoD and that may have led Matt to think this is a good opportunity to "abandon ship" so to speak? Could it be they saw a class action against the management would be "soon", "imminant"?
All my speculation here ... as in absence of info from the company speculation is all we can do!
