The Key time frames in best order is H4 / H1 / M15. Anyone can work full time and trade H4, you only need around 10 minutes at lunchtime to check these candles. Please draw in any resistance areas with a dotted line before you enter a trade to avoid trading into these areas if you are nearby. Please refer to resistance chart above.
