Banducci's governance, risk and compliance is probably as putrid as every other similar CEO of an ASX listed company, the system is to blame but in terms of the Banducci appointment, it was not great. I got the impression he was picked partly because he was South African, an Australian cultural cringe factor still at play.
Hopefully WOW does better this year, so far not so good, $26 is acceptable, below that and the market thinks Banducci is not a hunting dog no more.
