good post Mechanic as it has got me thinking.
i have a large Woolies that apparently was totally refurbished recently, close to my regular, smallish Woolies. it also has a smallish Coles virtually next door.
it may be prudent for me to visit the new store and then visit the Coles next door.
if by chance the new Woolies is "fabulous", then i will be the first one to be happy to eat humble pie.
ps- that is what the famous investor Peter Lynch always did-he walked the street.
