mac3 I think they answered it well. They've indicated they are reassessing the ground. Nothing has changed except their focus, they still own 2 very nice pieces of dirt in an area where every other landholder has seen huge rises in value. A gap close is probably a good thing. The moves in both directions today were both overdone IMO. A retrace to close the gap is healthy then it can start a steady climb to a more realistic value. Still holding and will continue to hold.
