Sounds like you already have a good base of experience (including porta loo trading - haven't heard that one before, lol).

Many traders find the psychology side of things the hardest part and I'm happy to admit I've had to work hard on that too - I suspect its something you always have to work on. I do think having a business plan helps, particularly in terms of risk and money management, but also in terms of goals, strategy, etc. If you've done the thinking to put a plan together I think you are already ahead of many traders who don't have one.
