greetings Lindfield. I understand why your FA half would like WTP. I have mentioned it before that I am long.
TA is of course a major tool for us all,but in the case of low vol shallow depth stocks (E.G. WTP) the usual TA lines and patterns are less reliable. One or 2 trades can move the depth. Such stocks are volitile in habit. Your planed trade was a good trade. Well planned and executed, just not profitable this time. That happens. Well done a good trade.
Tip go long on WTP, perhaps your FA half can convince you.

ps I got out of a 1 week trade covering brokerage today. It just was not going to my plan so my patience ran out. A number of factors. Similar I think, a good trade just not profitable.
