It is always difficult to know good management from bad. Its easy to assume that management is good if you have gullibility or you don't have the experience. Shareholders are in it for returns, most don't understand the business or what is really going on. Be careful not to get too heavy in this stock. I've been in the oil and gas business for more than 25 years and I saw better management at my daughter's pre-school. But I admit, it was a great pre-school!!! Ask RM about his decisions to support investments in Oman, East Timor, Indonesia and the expected returns on the $50 million already invested in India. Don't get too excited, be ready to move into other companies when you have made a profit. With these same directors (minus one), the share has 'drifted' from $1.80 to 9 cents (and occasionally less). IMO, Directors often snow their shareholders, look at Nexus these days!! Having purchased some OEX shares at 80c, I am tired of the promises over the past few years. IMO, this share is too high risk, once I get reasonable value, I'm onto better options. my short term is rapidly becoming LT. hopefully not long to go before there are others willing to absorb the risks and don't know the management so I can go elsewhere. Rah rah London!
