Directors have done a pretty good job really. It's always easy to criticise and be part of the peanut gallery when you're not wearing their shoes. Third party contractors have been mostly to blame and without unlimited capital behind you it takes time to design it, raise it and get approval for it as well as spend enough time researching the issues of the mechanical issues in previous 76H.
