If my some miracile CHM both makes it to court and wins and the judge gives them say 10% or 20% or JAck hills, thats worth hardly anything these days with the huge slump in demand for iron ore and collapsing prices, maybe a year ago when MMX was 5 bucks not 50c it might have been worth something, so even of CHM wins it still might not be able to survive.
