Can confirm the scaleback was pretty brutal. I got a similar % to melua.

The rumor I heard was that they ended up with offers for over 350m shares for what I think is about a 90m share placement.

The "book build" they seem to have used was the brokers hitting the phones to the sophisitcated investors. As a result I took a call the same as melua did and was asked if I was interested. No documentation (yet) and absolutely minimal details. So still not certain of how much or whatfor.
