Surely for any capital raising to be successful at this stage it needs to be in conjunction with some good recent results, either an extension of the cow past 6th October and/or a solid plan to get the BFS done and advance towards a producing mine?
If so then this can only be a good thing.
If they are raising at a huge discount to the current trading price then it would smell a bit but it would still remain a positive thing as the investors wouldn't be putting money into something that was about to collapse.
