Reckon magnetite is purely a logistics game and no-one in their right minds makes a move like this without some pre-emptive understanding or handshake. Someone prob wanted a freer rail / port infrastructure and sought a nearby magnetite resource to fit, cos thats what the chinese or maybe GBG want ... (?)
Disagree about timing being irrelevant to shareholders ... depends on what the vision / any deal / strategic partner / investor support / funding arrangement is ... should soon find out.
Market action is actually very positive and given that volume dump was quickly soaked up without damaging the uptrend and sellers thinning out again, ROY actually has the FEEL IMO, we will soon be pushing out toward the L/T D/T line sitting substantially higher, before this primary first is over.
And as importantly, we have the undiluted U-focus ACTIVE atm.
