COOP if I read you right you seem to be implying that ROY is just another one of "those" small cap exlorers... you know the ones:

While ROY aint in that category yet... they're rapidly running out of lives. They need a project that is worth the time and money to actually develop.
For all the aggro about UMC on these related threads at LEAST they have an orebody that has sufficient value to justify the time and capital to develop. Thats more than ROY ands THX (to a lesser degree) have ever had.
