I wouldn't claim it as a no brainer but cap raising was always a risk..for long termers CEU looks good. My concern was that short term it had topped and risk was to the downside on share price with risk of capital raising.
Hence, need looking for my money to be employed elsewhere as generally short term trader... I might well revisit CEU but probably not for a couple of months
